Cast acrylic (not extruded) for optical clarity, minimal distortion, polished edges, and improved resistance to yellowing and micro-scratching .

Acrylic Thickness & Magnet Support
5 mm thick walls and lid provide added rigidity, impact resistance, and stack stability. This thickness is specifically required to securely house larger neodymium (NdFeB) magnets, allowing deeper magnet seating, stronger closure force, and long-term structural integrity without cracking or warping.

Magnet System
Embedded neodymium magnets (NdFeB) delivering a firm, even snap closure with consistent lid alignment and reduced movement compared to standard magnets.
