Standard Shipping Details
Order Processing
We strive to process all orders promptly. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will generally be processed and shipped by the next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note, to prevent fraud the shipping and billing address must match.

Returns and Refunds
At Pristine Comics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
No returns are allowed on 3rd party graded or factory sealed items. All sales on 3rd party / factory sealed items are final.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team or visit the "Contact Us" page on our website to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
