INCREDIBLE HULK #3, U.K. EDITIONUK or"Pence Copies" Are the original price variant and were actually produced in the SAME press run as the US counter pa rt with the only difference being the cover price.  US    12 cents UK 9d.The UK copies were produced before the US versions as they were printed at the start of the press run while the bulk of the books having 12 cent covers were produced for the remainder of the press run.  It is estimated that less than 5% of the copies produced contained the 9d prices, and based on CGC's census, that number shrinks to under 2% that remain or have been graded.    It is estimated that the existing "UK" or "Pence Price copy variants" are 50 x's rarer than Their US counterparts !! For example in this case:      1276 Copies were graded compared to just 21 9d price variants. In other words only 20 people on the planet can own a copy of this book. We believe that in the not so distant future, prices will reflect the scarcity of these books in a much more significant fashion, selling at multiple that of the US version, as the are vastly undervalued and extremely scarce.
